Hangzhou-based ‘AheadForm’ creates “sophisticated humanoid robot heads that can express emotions, perceive their environment, and interact seamlessly with humans.”
This one blinks, speaks, answers complicated questions moves her head from side to side, smiles, smirks and can use her eyes to scan a room from front to back, side to side…..
Hu Yuhang, the company founder, said:
“Within ten years, we might interact with robots and feel like they are almost human. Maybe in 20 years, they could walk normally and perform some tasks just like a human.”
Well…..it’s taken just three months for another Chinese company to unveil its own robot that walks perfectly like a human being!
They actually had to cut open its leg (on the stage in front of an audience) to prove it wasn’t a human masquerading as a robot!
The world is changing more dramatically than ever before.
From policing to aged care, soldiering to manufacturing, transport to accounting, medical to legal and fast food to clerical and phone support there’ll be a friendly robotic face and voice attending to the everyday…..
So what are YOU going to do with your day?
Wash the car? There’s a robot for that (if you’ll still have a car)….
Mow the lawn? They already have robots for that…..
Vacuum the house? Ditto the above…..
Go to work? There’ll be robots that work 24/7 far better, faster, never take sick days or holidays, work for no wages and receive no super.
They’ll be friendlier on the phone and a thousand times more efficient.
And the financial savings to business will be astronomic!!
