Dear Friends,
Below is the declaration a group of spiritual teachers (myself included) propose for the Peoples of Planet Earth at this tumultuous time…..
We call upon all people of conscience, across every culture, faith and nation, to unite for the common good so that we may ensure a sustainable, flourishing future for all.
If we are to pass along a healthy planet to our children and future generations, the time for action is now.
The path humanity is walking today is perilous.
It exposes us all to suffering, division, and decline.
Yet another path is open. A life-affirming path that can heal, uplift, and guide us into a future of wholeness and peace.
For millennia, the great wisdom teachers have pointed to a single truth: all of life is deeply interconnected.
There is an underlying Unity and Oneness.
Today, science affirms this.
As Albert Einstein observed, our sense of separateness is an “optical delusion.”
When we live as though divided, we lose regard for one another and Earth itself.
This illusion of separation has become the root of humanity’s dysfunction.
It does not have to be this way.
We can choose differently, together.Choosing Differently Means…
We recognize that all are members of one human family.
We choose listening over judgment.
We accord each person the dignity and integrity they deserve.
We create cultures of compassion, not fear, beginning in our homes.
We act as stewards for the Earth, protecting the balance of nature.
These are not new ideas.
They are the essence of the timeless teachings carried forward by prophets, sages, and teachers across every tradition—teachings of compassion, faith, right conduct, inner transformation and justice.
They are also embedded in the fabric of creation itself, where unity and interconnection are the foundation of life.
God does not take sides.
Neither must we.
‘This faith’ or ‘that faith’—these dichotomies blind us to the truth that we are all part of one whole.
To deny this is to deny reality itself.
To embrace it is to align with the very heartbeat of life.
Today, we stand at a threshold moment.
Division will destroy us.
Unity will heal us.
Let us therefore answer the call to live differently, to live consciously, and to live as one.
Together, when we join in Unity and Oneness, we can create a sustainable and flourishing planet for current and future generations.
