This Week……….
We are ALL gifted beyond measure……
Dear Friends,
I’m not being flippant and elitist when I write the above statement.
I’m being truly authentic.
I found myself today singing “How Great Thou Art”…..and I was reminded that everyone of us comes into the world (and retains throughout their life) three amazing gifts.
These aren’t money, shares, real estate, wealthy relatives, flashy cars, great paying jobs, diamonds, bank bonds, gold, priceless antiques, oil fields, titles, jewellery or rare and valuable collectibles.
These ‘things’ can be helpful and make life easier to navigate but they are actually just utensils and tools for momentary use.…..
The three extraordinary and wondrous gifts we are each gifted are:
1. Body/Form: Without it we aren’t going anywhere or doing anything.
2. Brain/Mind: Without it we aren’t thinking or aware of anything.
3. Soul/Spirit: Without it we aren’t anything at all.
If you agree with me please accept my delight at your enlightenment.
These three gifts – if gratefully acknowledged, appreciated, nurtured, respected, cherished and loved will bring a richness and joy into your ‘being’ that will far exceed any momentary satisfaction that comes from what is often tenuous, temporary ownership of the trading tools of life.
Indeed, acknowledging your ‘true gifts’ will lift your Life into a state of recognition that you are truly gifted beyond measure!
And in that moment you will deeply understand that you are bequeathed with a fourth awesome gift –
Life Itself!
How goooood is that?!?!?!?!?!
