Dear Friends,
A number of you have commented on how lucky we are to live in a community that is relatively safe.
A couple mentioned they felt it was a conscious choice they made in spirit following their previous life…..
As I hold a different view I felt I should “come clean” (although I realise it may cause some of you to hit the ‘unsubscribe’ button)…
So here goes…..
Yes, in Australia we are exceptionally lucky with minimal homelessness, violence and division (compared with most of the world from the Middle East to Ukraine and Nigeria to Washington).
My personal belief is that we don’t choose either when, where or how we will be born or re-born.
(In my humble opinion no-one would willingly sign up for Yemen, Afghanistan or Gaza, sexual slavery, war, rape, abuse or violence)……
Yes, we might connect to energy that may influence our forward life-choices but I don’t believe we’re “in charge” of that process.
I also believe we are SAFE – truly safe – regardless of our momentary physical experiences. When I say “we” I mean our true and constantly evolving spiritual Self – not our transitory human persona.
I believe we are each sparks of Conscious Light….sometimes shining brightly with Positive Love and sometimes shining minimally with just a flicker of Dark Light in the negativity of selfishness and violence.
We each benefit from the Light that others around us shine….and we also often suffer from the darkness that others create by withdrawing from their own Light, their God-Light – and thrashing around in the darkness of their own making and ignorance.
Hence, the extraordinarily painful world we find at this time.
What can we do to combat this terrible darkness???
The answer is to shine our own Light more brightly!!!!
That’s the very best way forward.
24 hours a day…..7 days a week…..52 weeks a year….every year.
How to do that?
Any way that we’re able – there’s a trillion ways to be a sunbeam!
A famous Teacher was once asked “how?”….
His simple answer was: “Ask and you shall receive….”
I would add: Listen with loving awareness for the answer: and do it!!
How do you express your Light?
How do you help expunge the darkness?
That’s the big issue we all help resolve through our everyday actions!
That’s what we’re all here for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And if you read my articles you are almost certain to be a soul that is a beloved and active part of the universal remedy!
